Contractor Registration
This service is for local and foreign registered businesses to register as a contractor. This service can also
be used to renew your registration, change or upgrade the category as per Regulation No: 2019/R-1019.
The registration is valid for TWO years.
Construction Industry Consultant Registration
This service can be used to apply for a consultant registration according to Guideline for Consultant’s Registration (2015). The consultant registration has a validity period of 1 year from issuance.
Report Construction Issues
To report construction-related issues to relevant authorities for proper action.
Case Submission to Appeals Committee
Individual or Companies can appeal cases regarding a misconduct by a construction-related party.
Construction Industry Technical Association Registration
This service can be used for registration of technical associations related to the construction industry as per Construction Industry Technical Association Regulation (2019/R-1005).
Construction Industry General Practitioner Registration
This service is for the registration of individual professionals and technical personnel in the construction
industry. The registration is based on academic qualification and experience (where applicable) as per
Practitioner Regulation 2019/R-1010.
Concept Approval of Residential Plots
This service provides the Concept Approval for residential plots which are designed to be constructed taller than 30.48 meters and which have predominantly non-residential use.
Reporting of Dangerous Buildings
To report dangerous buildings to relevant authorities for proper action.
Construction Industry Structural / Architectural Checker Registration
This service is for the registration of Architectural & Structural checkers permitted to check and stamp
drawings for Drawing Approval Permit. The registration is based on academic qualification and
experience (where applicable) as per Practitioner Regulation 2019/R-1010.
Project License
A Project Licence required to commence project works under the Construction Contractor Regulation (Regulation no. 2019/R-1019) and to obtain quotas for specific projects.
Import Material Quality Approval
This service provides the applicant with approval of the quality and standard of importing materials.
Foundation System Approval
This service is to obtain approval for foundation systems as per Construction Regulation 2019/R-1004. This process ensures that the foundation would be laid out after evaluating potential environmental damages.
